The partner farmer, Ikoma Manten Farm, produces
Vegetable set including B product of White Star (white onion) + organic vegetables produced by Yamaguchi Farm, which is JAS-certified organic.

White Star is a slightly smaller (B) variety,
The cold weather makes them sweeter, and they are a great addition to hot pot dishes,
and of course when roasted,
They are tender, sweet and tasty spring onions.

Yamaguchi Farm's salad potherb mustard is crisp and fresh,
Spinach is soft and has little bitterness, making it ideal for eating as a salad.
The wasabi greens are a little tangy and spicy, but they make a great addition to salads, and when added to fried rice or miso soup, the spiciness is reduced and the taste is a little sweeter.
