We actively involved in organic farming, working with organic vegetables on a daily basis and spreading the word about the appeal of organic farming throughout the country, based on the philosophy that organic farming for environmental conservation should not be hard and unprofitable, but fun and sustainable even for young people.

奈良市平群町にある坂本農園

先祖代々続いている田んぼを畑に改良し、有機堆肥を使って、大和野菜の紫とうがらしや丸ナス、色とりどりのアイコ（ミニトマト）や、甘くて美味しいカブのもものすけなど、季節の野菜を育てています。

Ancestral rice paddies have been converted into fields and organic compost is used to grow seasonal vegetables such as Yamato vegetables purple peppers, round aubergines, colourful aiko (mini-tomatoes) and Momosuke, a sweet and tasty turnip.

生駒市高山町でいちごの「古都華（ことか）」を育てているイチゴの緑F（エッフェ）

奈良を代表するオリジナルのいちご（古都華）を日々研究し、生物学を屈指した栽培方法で美味しい古都華を作っています。そのため、エッフェさんのいちごはとても糖度が高く、高品質のため、飲食店の方たちに高評価を得ています。
閑散期には、元々田んぼだった土地を畑に改良し、有機肥料を使って旬の野菜を育てています。

The company researches the original strawberries (Kotoka) that represent Nara on a daily basis and uses a cultivation method that points to biology to produce delicious Kotoka. As a result, Efe's strawberries have a very high sugar content and high quality, and are highly rated by restaurants.

天理市にある宮下農園では、農薬不使用で旬の野菜を作っています。毎日大和郡山の旬の駅に卸していたり、毎週金曜日に行われる明日香村のビオマルシェに出店しており、宮下農園さんの野菜を食べたらほかの野菜が食べられないっていう固定ファンが多い農園さんです。
