Organic & Seasonal Vegetable Set with Ancient Capital Flower & Nara Akari (Shipping included)

Nara's premium strawberries, ‘Koto Hana’, are known as one of the highest quality strawberries in Japan. Its name is a combination of Nara's historic ‘ancient capital’ and ‘gorgeousness’, symbolising a beautiful, sweet strawberry.
Ancient Capital Flower is characterised by its large, bright red, attractive berries and its high sugar content and rich sweetness.

Nara Akari is a new strawberry variety developed by the Nara Prefectural Agricultural Research and Development Centre and is now attracting attention as a new brand of strawberries in Nara Prefecture, and seedlings will be sold in earnest to growers and will be promoted to cake shops and restaurants in the future.
Nara Akari is characterised by its high sugar content, but it has a more acidic and refreshing sweetness than the old Koto Hana.

Also, this time it is accompanied by the Ancient Capital Flower Jam, which was sold out immediately at the Marche.
The texture of the strawberries has been retained so that you can enjoy the taste of Ancient Capital Hana.
The jam is additive-free, using only sugar and lemon juice.

～Introduction of producers
Strawberry Green F (Effe), which grows the strawberry ‘Koto Hana’ in Takayama-machi, Ikoma City.
They grow delicious strawberries by researching and cultivating the original strawberries that represent Nara using as little chemical pesticides as possible.
They also sell their strawberries wholesale at nearby direct sales outlets, and are so popular that they receive pre-orders so that once you have tasted them, you won't be able to eat any other strawberries.
